Specially designed seat for Sur-Ron Light Bee X and Segway providing greatly improved comfort, better manouverability, better grip. less pressure on your knees due to increased seat height as well as improved rider control due to additional knee grip area.

(The Surron X seat is too narrow and short. For agressive riding it has no grip around the battery cover where knees should be able to squeeze and grip for greater control and stability)

This unique seat attaches to the battery cover (template and fittings provided) which allows the seat to fully tilt providing access to the battery for easy removal.

(*Please note these seats do not work with the aftermarket seat extender/riser kits available as these alter the subframe position. Our seats are designed to fit the stock battery cover and subframe.)

Fixings supplied for easy installation.

*You will need a handlebar riser due to the extra seat height our 110mm is highly recommended. Seat also looks best with our long rear guard*

Easy to install maybe a fender washer should be added to screw attaching seat to battery cover might add support seat looks and feels of good quality. Haven’t ridden it much sense getting it to much rain. Waiting to do a good 3 hr ride and I’ll know more

Better then expected

I wasn’t expecting great quality for the price point… but the fit and Finnish is way better then I thought it would be. I would definitely recommend this seat. If your on the fence? Buy it you won’t be disappointed. FYI the seat is on the firmer side… but that’s good! it should break in very nicely.

MX Replacement seat for Sur Ron

I am amending my first review from 3 to 5 stars. There was defect on original item and Race Spec responded with an replacement seat. I have used this seat now for over a 120 km and I can say that it is more comfortable than the Luna custom and stock seats. The extra height has added to a more comfortable riding position with no lost in maneuverability. This is a quality seat that I highly recommend if used with stock battery.

The mx seat is great. The quality of the seat is fantastic. The functionality on the bike is just awesome, a night and day difference from the stock seat. Riding trails with the new seat installed feels so much more like riding a traditional dirt bike. The seat shipped very quickly also. I'm in the US and it only took 9 days from Australia. This is unbelievabley fast considering the times. Thanks to the Race Spec team and keep up the great work you're doing to promote ebikes.

Looks to be well built. Easy to install. And SO comfortable! The added height seems to put you in a better riding position. I love it!

Seat was as described, fitment was perfect. Seat made the bike feel taller because foam and you can sit forward or aft just like a dirt bike seat. If you are on the fence I wouldn’t think twice, game changer for sure.
